Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses, and develops personalized speech-language pathology treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifies issues, modifies therapy as needed, and documents progress and response to treatment in an inpatient rehabilitation setting as part of Encompass Health’s national program. Requires state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR readiness, and advanced education (Master’s preferred or Bachelor’s with field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CCC - Certification of Clinical Competence
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
