Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, and administering personalized speech-language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient performance and progress throughout treatment; celebrating patient victories while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented team in a national inpatient rehabilitation leader.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure or certification as Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- CCC - Certification of Clinical Competence from ASHA (preferred)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
- CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
- Experience with speech and language rehabilitation and documenting progress
- Ability to evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
