Job Summary
Speech Pathologist at Encompass Health: Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans; identifies issues and modifies therapy as needed; tracks and documents patient performance and progress; celebrates patient victories. Requires current state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days of hire, and a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
