Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrate patient victories while contributing to inpatient rehabilitation services at Encompass Health, a national leader in post-acute care, with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration across locations.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
