Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify therapy protocols as required. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment while celebrating individual victories. Maintain current licensure, CCC certification, and CPR certification to support these duties. This role offers tuition reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader serving over 150 locations.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
