Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients; identify issues and modify speech therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; support patient victories in inpatient rehabilitation settings at Encompass Health; qualifications include state licensure/certification, CCC, and CPR (or within 30 days of hire); Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience); position supported by a national provider with opportunities for growth and ongoing education.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
