Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient performance and response to treatment; celebrating patient victories while delivering compassionate care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting for Encompass Health. Licensed or certificated Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC and CPR within 30 days, pursuing or holding a Master's degree (preferred) to support ongoing professional growth and high-quality patient outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
