Speech Pathologist

Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized speech-language pathology treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify and modify speech therapy approaches as needed; track, document and report patient performance, progress and response to treatment; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a national inpatient rehabilitation setting at Encompass Health; provide care that supports patient victories and outcomes while adhering to licensure, CCC and CPR requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
