Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifies issues and modifies speech therapy treatment as necessary; tracks and documents patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; collaborates within a team to support patient outcomes in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
