Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment; celebrate patient victories while delivering care in a rehabilitation setting at Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader; requires current state licensure or certification, CCC-SLP, CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire), and a Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor's with field experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
