Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying treatment as necessary; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrating patient victories and contributing to a collaborative team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting at Encompass Health. Requires active licensure or certification, CCC, and CPR (or completion within 30 days). Master’s degree is preferred or a Bachelor’s degree with field experience. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
