Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized speech and language therapy treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient progress and response to treatment; deliver compassionate care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting as part of a collaborative team; roles include ensuring licensure/CCC compliance and contributing to patient-centered outcomes in post-acute care; benefits support ongoing professional growth including tuition reimbursement and ongoing education opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
