Job Summary
Speech Pathologist provides evaluation, development, and administration of personalized speech-language therapy treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identifies issues and modifies therapy as necessary, tracks and documents patient performance and progress, and celebrates patient victories as part of an inpatient rehabilitation team. The role requires state licensure/certification, CCC, CPR eligibility, and typically a master’s degree; benefits include medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), HSA/FSA, and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
