Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in an inpatient rehabilitation setting; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient progress and response to treatment; role supported by licensure/CCC and CPR requirements; opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology within Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), FSA/HSAs, and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
