Job Summary
Speech Pathologist at Encompass Health providing inpatient rehabilitation therapy. Responsibilities include evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language treatment plans; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient progress and response to treatment; and celebrating patient victories. Qualifications require current state licensure or certification, CCC (ASHA) certification, CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days), and a Master's degree preferred (or Bachelor's with field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)

- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
