Job Summary
Speech Pathologist role involving evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; documenting patient performance and progress; opportunities for professional growth and continuing education; licensure/CCC required; CPR within 30 days of hire; Master's degree preferred or Bachelor’s with field experience; employed by Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
