Job Summary
As a Speech Pathologist, evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify therapy as necessary; track and document patient progress and responses to treatment; contribute to a supportive inpatient rehabilitation environment within Encompass Health, a national leader in rehabilitation services; requires current licensure/certification, CCC, CPR, and a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with experience); benefits include healthcare, paid time off, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), and flexible spending accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
