Job Summary
Provide speech and language rehabilitation services to patients in an inpatient setting. Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans; identify and modify therapy needs; track and document patient progress; ensure CCC-credentialed licensure and CPR compliance; operate within a national inpatient rehabilitation setting and contribute to patient-centered outcomes at Encompass Health.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
