Job Summary
Speech Pathologist role involving evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language therapy treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient progress and treatment responses; delivering care within a national inpatient rehabilitation setting at Encompass Health; requires state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR (within 30 days if not current), with a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with relevant field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
