Speech Pathologist

Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language pathology treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify therapy as necessary; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrate patient victories while contributing to a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation team. Licensure/certification per state regulations, CCC, and CPR (or within 30 days) are required; Master's degree preferred (or Bachelor's with relevant experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
