Speech Pathologist

Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses, and administers personalized speech-language rehabilitation for patients in an inpatient setting; develops and adjusts treatment plans, tracks patient progress, and documents outcomes to drive meaningful communication improvements. Works within a nationally recognized rehabilitation organization and collaborates with the care team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based speech pathology services. Licensure/CCC are required, with CPR either on hire or within 30 days; Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
