Job Summary
Speech Pathologist responsible for evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; working within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation setting to support patients’ communication recovery; requires CCC and state licensure, CPR within 30 days, and a master’s degree preferred (or bachelor’s with field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
