Job Summary
Speech Pathologist position at Encompass Health focused on evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient progress; and celebrating patient improvements. Requires current licensure or state certification, CCC, CPR (or within 30 days of hire). Preferred Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with field experience. Works within inpatient rehabilitation, leveraging cutting-edge technology in a national leader in post-acute care.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
