Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes; utilize evidence-based practices in inpatient rehabilitation to help patients overcome communication challenges; participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to organizational goals for high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
