Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance and progress; celebrate patient victories and contribute to a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation team at Encompass Health. Requires state licensure or certification, CCC certification, CPR (or within 30 days of hire); Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor's with field experience).

- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
