Job Summary
Speech Pathologist opportunity at Encompass Health within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader. Responsibilities include evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrating patient victories and contributing to a collaborative care environment. Requires current licensure/certification, CCC, CPR (or within 30 days), and typically a Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's with relevant experience. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
