Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrate patient successes while delivering compassionate care as part of Encompass Health's inpatient rehabilitation team.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
