Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized speech-language pathology treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifies issues and modifies therapy accordingly; tracks and documents patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Requires current licensure or state certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days of hire; Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor's with field experience). Works within an inpatient rehabilitation setting, contributing to patient-centered care and outcomes in a nationally recognized provider. The role supports therapy across speech-language pathology domains and emphasizes compassionate, collaborative care with ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
