Job Summary
Speech Pathologist responsibilities include evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language rehabilitation plans; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrating patient victories as outcomes improve. The role requires current licensure or certification, SLP CCC, CPR within 30 days, and typically a Master's degree (or Bachelor's with relevant experience). Required Qualifications
