Speech Pathologist

Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Celebrate patient victories along the way. This role supports patients in overcoming communication challenges within Encompass Health's national inpatient rehabilitation network. Candidates must hold current licensure or certification by state regulations, including SLPCertification of Clinical Competence (CCC), and obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire. A Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's degree with field experience.
