Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify therapy as necessary; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a national inpatient rehabilitation setting; contribute to a collaborative team focused on positive outcomes using cutting-edge technology within Encompass Health, a leading post-acute care provider.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
