Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance and progress while supporting patients through care with advanced therapy tools at Encompass Health, a leading inpatient rehabilitation provider. Requires licensure/certification per state regulations, CCC-SLP, CPR (within 30 days if not current), and a master’s degree preferred (or bachelor’s with related field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
