Speech Pathologist

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and dysphagia disorders by developing evidence-based, individualized care plans. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team to support patient-centric recovery, educate families, and document outcomes. Deliver specialized speech-language and swallowing services within an inpatient rehabilitation setting at Encompass Health.
