Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients, identifying issues, modifying therapy as needed, and tracking/documenting patient performance and progress. Role involves providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a national inpatient rehabilitation setting with emphasis on delivering effective speech therapy and communicating progress to patients and care teams. Eligible candidates typically hold state licensure or certification, CCC-SLP, and CPR, with a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
