Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Requires current licensure or certification, CCC-SLP, CPR ± within 30 days, and typically a Master’s degree (Bachelor’s with relevant experience acceptable). Join Encompass Health as a Speech Pathologist to contribute to inpatient rehabilitation with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
