Job Summary
Speech Pathologist responsible for evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Requires current licensure or certification per state regulations, CCC, CPR within 30 days of hire, and typically a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with field experience). Will work within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation setting and contribute to a collaborative care environment with access to advanced therapy technology.
