Job Summary
Speech Pathologist position at Encompass Health involves evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary; and tracking patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Requires state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR (within 30 days of hire), and a Master's degree preferred (or Bachelor's with field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).

- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
