Job Summary
Speech Pathologist responsible for evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech therapy treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues, modify treatment as needed, and document patient progress. Requires state licensure/certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and typically a Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's with relevant experience. Position at Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation network with focus on compassionate, patient-centered therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
