Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized speech-language therapy treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifies issues and modifies therapy as necessary; tracks and documents patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrates patient victories while contributing to a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation team.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CCC certification (Speech-Language Pathology Certification)
- CPR certification or within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's with field experience
