Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy to support functional recovery and safe discharge, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document care in the EHR, and educate patients and families while upholding a compassionate, patient-centered care culture. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- CFY completion or clinical fellowship recommended
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred
