Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient progress and response to treatment; provide compassionate care as part of Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation team. Requirements include state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR (or within 30 days), and preferred Master's degree (or Bachelor's with field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
