Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; provide support to patients to improve communication abilities; hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation context; licensure/certification requirements include CCC and CPR; degree preference includes Master's or Bachelor's with field experience; benefits include comprehensive health plans, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) and professional growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
