Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identifies issues and modifies speech therapy treatment if necessary. Tracks and documents patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Celebrates patient victories along the way. Works as part of a team in a national inpatient rehabilitation leader to support patients’ communication goals using evidence-based practices and access to advanced technology.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
