Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Celebrate patient victories along the way. Requires state licensure/certification, CCC, and CPR or obtainment within 30 days of hire. Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience. Works in a national inpatient rehabilitation setting with opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
