Job Summary
Speech Pathologist role providing speech-language pathology services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes; maintain licensure and certifications (CCC) and CPR requirements; opportunities forprofessional growth and education within a nationally recognized rehabilitation leader.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
