Speech Pathologist

Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services. Document progress using EMR systems and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to support integrated rehab goals. Educate patients and families while contributing to discharge planning. This role delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting within Encompass Health's network of facility-based and home-based rehabilitation providers.
