Job Summary
Speech Pathologist role evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; requires state licensure/certification and CPR within 30 days; Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's with field experience. Emphasis on providing compassionate care within a leading inpatient rehabilitation setting and contributing to patient outcomes using evidence-based therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
