Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized speech-language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients; identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and track patient progress to support communication and swallowing outcomes. Work within a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation setting, contributing to patient recovery and using applicable clinical competencies to drive effective therapy and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
