Job Summary
Speech Pathologist responsible for evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans; identify issues and modify speech therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; contribute to a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation team and support patient communication goals using contemporary tools and techniques; role supported by coursework and licensure requirements with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing education.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
