Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized speech-language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients; identifies issues and modifies therapy as needed; tracks and documents patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; delivers compassionate care in inpatient rehabilitation settings; collaborates with a multidisciplinary team; requires CCC, state licensure, and CPR certification; Master's degree preferred (or Bachelor's with field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
